1.Delivery takes 2-7 Working Days for orders
Delivery Policy/Conditions:
We Offer a shipping rate/ delivery costs to the value of R200 on all orders across south africa.
Please Note, for Larger or Heavier Packages customer will be contacted for a shipping quote Altenetivley orders can be collected at our lighting store during office hours from 8h30am to 5h00 pm on Monday to Friday.

Products/Stock Availability:
1.Should the products requested become unavalable or out of stock, another products replacement will be suggested to the Customer.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges:
We offer returns with 7 days of purchurse, 1.10% Handling fee will be charge on exchanged goods provided :

2. All goods returned must be in original conditions and packaging; uninstalled
   – Products must be clearly wrapped with a clear tape where returned item is concerned,
   – The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Shipping fee will be deducted from the customer’s invoice where, free delivery cost
   was provided to the customer or if the customer has paid a delivery fee of R150 10% will be charged
4. Good must be returned with the original invoice.
   Damage Goods:
   – Good that are damaged will be accepted for Damaged good we will offer a full refund or exchange provided they in good original
   packaging and condtitions.
   – Damaged items/products must be reported with 7 days of receipt, Mnk Creations will gladly replace it with the new fixture with no additional costs to you and get the damaged product.
